SSB is a Border Guarding Force (BGF) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Home Affairs.SSB(Sashastra Seema Bal) inviting Applications from male Indian citizens fulfilling the eligibility criteria for recruitment to the following Para-Medical posts in SSB :

• SI (Staff Nurse) (Female ) : 47 posts, Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200/-
• ASI ( Pharmacist) (Male and Female) : 07 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2800/-
• ASI (Radiographer) (Male and Female) : 10 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2800/-
• ASI (Operation Theatre Technician) (Male and Female): 02 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200 – 20200 + GP Rs.2800/-
• ASI (Dental Technician) (Male and Female) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2800/-
• Head Constable (Steward) (Male and Female): 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2400/-
• Constable Tradesmen (Lab Assistant) : 33 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2000
• Constable Tradesmen (Ayah) (Female) : 05 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2000

Application Fee
Bank DD of Rs. 50/- in favour of DIG SHQ, SSB, Purnea payable at SBI Branch Purnea (Bihar) (Code No. 0159) for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories. No fee will be charged from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen.

How to Apply
Eligible and desirous candidates should send their applications in the prescribed proforma to the Deputy Inspector General Hq., SSB, Purnea, Post Box No. 25, District Purnea, Bihar – 854301 on or before 31/07/2013. (Last date is 07/08/2013 for the candidates from far-flung areas)
