Security Officer Posts in IIT Bombay : - Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, an Institute of national importance, is looking for a suitable person for the following position :
1. SECURITY OFFICER : (1 Pmt. Post Unreserved)
Qualification : Good recognized Bachelor’s degree
Experience : Minimum 8 years relevant administrative and security supervisory experience in Government or reputed commercial organisation. Must be conversant with security rules and procedures. Exservicemen will be preferred. Experience of life on residential educational campus, experience of computer system for information processing and retrieval, electronic surveillance and familiarity with Indian laws are desirable.
Job Requirement : The incumbent will be in charge of the Security Section and shall have additional responsibility of fire fighting.
Age limit : Not more than 40 Yrs.
Emoluments : In Pay Band of Rs. 1560039100 (PB3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/, which comes to Rs. 43,560/p. m. (excluding HRA). Higher start may be considered in deserving cases. Officers in security are eligible for license fee free accommodation and is compulsory to stay within the campus.
