Consultant Vacancies in National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) June 2013

The National Institute of Disaster Management(NIDM) constituted under the Disaster Management Act 2005 has been entrusted with the nodal national responsibility for human resource development, capacity building, training, research, documentation and policy advocacy in the field of disaster management.

Applications are invited for appointment of following positions purely on short term contract basis in National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) :-

One Post of Senior Consultant (Hydro-meteorology) :-  Pay 70,000/- pm plus. local conveyance 8000/-pm
One Post of Consultant (Meteorology) :-  Pay 50,000/- pm plus local conveyance 4500/-pm.
One post of Junior Consultant (Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences) :-  Pay 35,000/-pmplus local conveyance 2500/- pm
One post of Junior Consultant (Hydrology/Meteorology) :-  Pay 35,000/- pm plus local conveyance 2500/-pm

The prescribed educational qualifications & experience are minimum & mere possessions of the same doesn’t entitle candidates to be called for interview. limited number of candidates on the basis of merit & experience will be called for interview.
